Role
In this newly created role, you will lead an experienced team of channel heads to achieve ambitious growth plans across the UK and Europe. You will forecast and set annual sales targets for regions and territories to determine sales objectives, ensuring that all business processes are aligned to deliver on budget sales plans. You will lead and mentor a team of 10 while maintaining a culture of cross-functional collaboration to ensure continuous success.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of operating in both the On Trade & Off Trade channels of FMCG.
A proven track record of growing a brand in the UK and EU market expansion.
A background in building sales functions and leading multi-channel sales teams.
Experience in growing and launching new brands in new territories with a strong strategic mindset.
An ability to handle tasks calmly and effectively, while constantly seeking opportunities.
Strong communication skills and an effective collaborator and networker.
